Project Manager – Oracle EBS Re‑implementation

About the role

Kaziweza Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the re‑implementation and integration of its Oracle E‑Business Suite across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and human capital modules. The role will drive the end‑to‑end transformation, ensuring seamless migration, testing and go‑live within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership, governance and executive reporting.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and resource allocation.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams.
• Lead business process redesign, testing, change management and user training.
• Oversee data migration, system integrations, cut‑over planning and go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and Oracle certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Oracle ERP/EBS implementations in manufacturing.
• Proven experience across finance, procurement, supply chain, warehouse and HR functions.

• Supply Chain & Procurement: Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, Warehouse Management, Spares Management.
• Manufacturing & Planning: MRP, Process Manufacturing, Process Planning, Process Execution, Quality Management.
• Order Management, Core HRMS, Oracle Projects.
• Project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and data migration/integration techniques.
