Project Manager (SaaS/Startup Operations)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an early‑stage technology company that builds innovative infrastructure for music intelligence and catalog management. The role is fully remote and serves as the operational backbone, ensuring projects move efficiently, teams stay aligned, and strategic initiatives are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise project management frameworks and workflows.
• Maintain a centralized source of truth for projects, tasks, and company initiatives.
• Utilise tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Monday.com, and ClickUp to improve visibility and execution.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, weekly reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability across cross‑functional teams and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate communication across departments and external stakeholders, removing bottlene‑cks.
• Facilitate internal meetings, capture requirements, decisions, and action items, and provide concise status updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager within a startup or high‑growth technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern project management methodologies.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
