Real Estate Advisor – Kijani Ridge

About the role

The Real Estate Advisor will generate new sales leads, arrange site visits and represent Kijani Ridge residential projects at fairs, presentations and exhibitions. The role also supports the Head of Sales and Sales Lead in implementing strategies to boost sales revenue for Kijani Ridge and related developments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prospective buyers with detailed information on Kijani Ridge, Oaklands and Zuri Springs bulk plots, including pricing, sizes and locations.
• Originate, prospect and close sales across all projects, including plots above 1 acre.
• Guide clients through the sales journey, ensuring clear communication from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local and international property markets to advise clients.
• Support the Head of Sales and Sales Leads in formulating and monitoring sales strategies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with real‑estate agencies and brokerage firms.
• Attend property exhibitions, trade shows and seminars to generate new opportunities.
• Record all sales activities in Salesforce CRM and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies (preferred).
• Proven track record of selling high‑value properties (KES 25M+ monthly).
• Extensive network within Kenyan business circles.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of real estate, banking or insurance products.
