Recruitment Specialist – Onsite (Red Deer or Grande Prairie)

About the role

Precision Well Servicing is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join its team at either the Red Deer or Grande Prairie facility. The role is fully onsite and focuses on sourcing, screening and hiring field personnel to support the fast‑paced operations group.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for field positions, ensuring a strong match with job duties.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, including verification of certifications and prior experience.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, delivering exceptional customer service aligned with the “it’s people, it’s personal” philosophy.
• Track recruitment metrics such as cost per hire and time to fill, and produce accurate reports.
• Monitor job fair opportunities and obtain approvals to attend.
• Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment practices based on market conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Strong organizational abilities and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, demographics and modern recruitment methods.
• Registered Professional Recruiter accreditation is an asset.
