Regional Parts Sales Representative

About the role

The Simba Group is seeking a Regional Parts Sales Representative to lead automotive parts sales across the Westlands region of Nairobi. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with dealers, stockists, and fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, recruit new parts stockists, and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and business reviews.
• Support and evaluate the regional dealer network, ensuring branding compliance.
• Coordinate regional marketing campaigns and provide product knowledge to dealer staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, dealers, and independent workshops, handling enquiries and complaints.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly territory plans and market intelligence reports.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory improvement, and credit policy compliance.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in automotive parts sales.
• At least two (2) years of experience in regional or field sales.
