Remote SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic & Paid Search Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives for our remote team. The successful candidate will optimise website content, execute link‑building campaigns and manage Google and Bing advertising to maximise ROI and boost visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, discovery and expansion to increase organic traffic.
• Optimise on‑page elements such as meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitoring cost‑per‑acquisition and ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
