Restaurant Growth Partner

About the role

Global Food Ventures (GFV) is expanding its virtual brand network across Kenya and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to become Restaurant Growth Partners. In this remote, commission‑based role you will introduce restaurants to GFV’s delivery‑first brand model and help them launch new revenue streams using existing kitchen capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants with unused kitchen capacity in the Kenyan market.
• Present GFV’s virtual brand system to restaurant owners and operators.
• Guide partners through onboarding and brand launch processes.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of restaurant partners.
• Support partners to successfully launch and operate GFV delivery brands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector in Kenya.
• Strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, or operators.
• Ability to work independently and manage a network of partners.
