Restaurant Growth Partner

About the role

Global Food Ventures (GFV) is expanding its virtual brand network across Kenya and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join as Restaurant Growth Partners. In this commission‑based partnership, you will introduce restaurants to GFV’s delivery‑first brand model and help them generate new revenue streams using existing kitchen capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants with unused kitchen capacity in Kenya.
• Present GFV’s virtual brand system to restaurant owners and operators.
• Guide partners through the onboarding and launch process for delivery‑focused brands.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of restaurant partners.
• Support partners to successfully launch and scale GFV delivery brands.

Required profile

• Strong relationships within the Kenyan hospitality and restaurant ecosystem.
• Experience in restaurant consulting, hospitality sales, restaurant operations, culinary management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to engage restaurant owners and drive partnership opportunities.
