Restaurant Growth Partner (Remote, Kenya)

About the role

Global Food Ventures is looking for independent professionals to join its GFVx partner network as Restaurant Growth Partners. Working remotely from Kenya, you will help restaurants launch delivery‑first virtual brands using their existing kitchen capacity and earn commissions on the resulting revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants with unused kitchen space and assess their suitability for virtual brand concepts.
• Introduce restaurant owners to GFV’s delivery‑focused brand model and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Support partners in launching and operating new virtual brands on delivery platforms.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring ongoing revenue sharing.
• Expand GFV’s kitchen network across the Kenyan market.

Required profile

• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector in Kenya.
• Established relationships with restaurant owners, operators, chefs, or food‑service managers.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and delivery logistics.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a personal network.
