Retail/Store Supervisor I (Tier 2)

About the role

Fluor is looking for a Retail/Store Supervisor I (Tier 2) to lead daily operations in its Manda Bay storage and distribution facility. You will manage staff, inventory, and customer order fulfillment while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train clerks, stockers, and other warehouse personnel.
• Supervise 2‑4 staff members, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee receipt, verification, unloading, and storage of incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct weekly and monthly inventory checks, and report results to management.
• Delegate order fulfillment, update the inventory database, and ensure timely shipments.
• Operate the cash register, reconcile daily receipts, and manage cash/credit deposits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least three years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and strong supervisory skills.
• Thorough understanding of store procedures, policies, and safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and move throughout the warehouse.
• Valid civilian driver’s license.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using inventory management software.
