Sales Agent – Real Estate

About the role

JB Diaspora Realty is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to drive property sales in Nairobi's Westlands area. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales journey from lead generation to transaction completion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on new property sales leads via calls, social media, referrals and online platforms.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective buyers and understand their property requirements, budgets and preferences.
• Present suitable residential and commercial properties, arrange and conduct viewings.
• Maintain regular communication and follow‑up with prospects, negotiating offers and progressing transactions toward closure.
• Develop and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and developers.
• Identify new property opportunities and potential clients.
• Keep all client and sales activities accurately updated in the company’s CRM.
• Meet monthly sales and lead‑generation targets and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development or customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, professional and target‑oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi’s property market.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, social media and online property platforms.
• Must be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
