About the role

Rup Pharm Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to promote and sell its healthcare products. You will engage both existing and prospective customers, delivering compelling arguments that match their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis for customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within the defined schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyse market potential, track sales performance and produce status reports.
• Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities and new product opportunities.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends, continuously improving through feedback.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 24 months) in sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct cost‑benefit analysis and understand customer requirements.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and report findings.
