About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast‑growing team in Kenya. The SDR will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, helping to expand our presence in international markets while working in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone, email and other outreach channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly outreach and opportunity‑generation targets.
Required profile
- Advanced level of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, results‑driven attitude and a commercial mindset.
- Experience in B2B sales, SDR roles or similar positions.
- Comfortable working in an international business environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
