Sales Executive (Healthcare Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in healthcare solutions to drive B2B growth in Nairobi. The role focuses on acquiring new institutional clients, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering tailored healthcare proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business clients across hospitals, clinics, insurance firms, NGOs, SACCOs, and government agencies.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and market‑share targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for Health Reach’s portfolio.
• Create customized healthcare solutions and proposals based on client needs.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts through regular engagement.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Update and manage leads, conversion rates, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, medical camps, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling healthcare solutions in Nairobi.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self‑driven, resilient, highly organized with a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
