Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sale of our real‑estate portfolio in Nairobi. You will generate new leads, build client relationships and close property transactions while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and direct outreach.
• Promote and sell company’s real‑estate properties, conduct presentations, site visits and client meetings.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, negotiate agreements and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows and property marketing events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors, providing advice on property options and market trends.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to support sales strategy.
• Ensure proper preparation of sales documentation and compliance with company policies and real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Valid driving licence (advantageous).
