About the role

AMG Realtors is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive land sales in Nairobi. You will be the primary point of contact for corporate and individual clients, presenting our property portfolio and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual land‑sales targets.
Schedule and conduct client appointments, product demonstrations and site visits.
Follow up leads, manage negotiations and ensure after‑sale service.
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Proven ability to sell with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High standards of professionalism, punctuality, honesty and loyalty.
Excellent organization, attention to detail and results orientation.
Positive attitude and ability to work under strict timelines.
