Sales Executive – Social Media Savvy (Female Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who combines strong sales drive with a flair for social media. The role is based in Nairobi’s CBD and focuses on converting walk‑in customers and generating online leads to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through direct client engagement and lead conversion.
• Welcome walk‑in customers, present products/services, and close sales.
• Leverage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other platforms to promote offerings and generate qualified leads.
• Create engaging social media content and respond promptly to online inquiries.
• Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Track daily and weekly sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and sales schedules.

Required profile

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Passionate about sales and comfortable engaging customers face‑to‑face and online.
• Confident, well‑presentable and articulate with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, energetic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
