Sales Manager – Luxury Residential Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead all sales activities for two off‑plan luxury residential developments in Nairobi. Reporting directly to senior management, you will shape the sales strategy, mentor a team of agents and build relationships with high‑net‑worth buyers and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for both developments.
• Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Set individual and team targets, monitor performance and produce regular sales reports.
• Maintain and grow relationships with HNW clients, brokers and agents.
• Represent the projects at events, site visits and client presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and execute campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling high‑end residential property, preferably off‑plan.
• Proven track record of leading or managing a sales team.
• Established network of high‑net‑worth individuals, diaspora buyers or corporate accounts.
• In‑depth knowledge of Westlands, Parklands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington and Spring Valley markets.
• Registered or eligible for registration with Kenya’s Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB).
