About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join Poa Place Resort, an urban nature resort and wildlife sanctuary in Eldoret. The role blends sales, marketing, and guest experience, requiring you to build strategic partnerships, enhance brand visibility, and attract both corporate and leisure guests.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales action plans in line with Private Collection guidelines.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, business expos, and industry events, handling booth setup and product demos.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets, upselling leisure, spa, and F&B services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses and prepare client contracts.
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including scheduling and community engagement.
- Monitor online brand presence, respond to comments, and manage crisis communication.
- Serve as primary contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure premium experiences.
Required profile
- Ability to move seamlessly between corporate and leisure environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural talent for building trust.
- High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and handle pressure and shifting priorities.
