Sales & Marketing Executive (Somali Speaking) – Real Estate

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing real estate firm in Nairobi, is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who is fluent in Somali and English. You will drive property sales, acquire new clients, and expand the company’s presence within the Somali‑speaking market segment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Somali‑speaking market.
• Promote and sell the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Organise and attend property viewings, site visits, and client meetings.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Manage client inquiries and provide accurate information on available properties.
• Negotiate property deals and support clients through the sales process.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts.
• Utilise digital platforms and social media for property marketing and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Fluent in Somali and English (spoken and written).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
