Sales & Marketing Manager - Real Estate

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will own the full commercial engine for Sydia Realty, driving brand awareness, generating qualified demand, and converting that demand into closed sales of off‑plan and new‑build residential properties. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the role combines leadership of sales executives and coordination of internal and external marketing resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Sales department, set monthly, weekly and individual targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Coach the sales team on calls, viewings, negotiations, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Own brand positioning, marketing strategy and demand‑generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Zoho CRM, ensuring every qualified opportunity has a clear owner, stage and next action.
• Analyse lost opportunities, improve conversion rates and produce evidence‑based sales forecasts.
• Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism, urgency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within real estate.
• Proven people‑leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Strong commercial judgement and a data‑driven approach to pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
