Sales & Marketing Representative – Land Sales (10 positions)

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Sales and Marketing Representatives to drive land sales for our portfolio in Kenya. The role involves generating high‑value leads, guiding investors through the purchase process, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and convert leads into closed land sales, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Organise and lead client site visits, showcasing property value, infrastructure and investment potential.
• Negotiate offers, handle objections and finalize land purchase agreements.
• Provide high‑touch consultations to investors, support title processing and payment completion.
• Promote listings via LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and represent the company at expos and networking events.
• Maintain accurate client records, pipeline activities and sales documentation in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Valid passport for potential international travel.
• Minimum five years of proven sales experience in real‑estate land sales, with a record of exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Kenyan real‑estate market and investment landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Effective use of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for marketing.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Client relationship management.
