Sales Representative – E‑commerce & B2B

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive client acquisition for our e‑commerce platform serving the shipping and logistics sector. You will prospect online sellers, retailers and entrepreneurs, and guide them through onboarding and product selection.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media outreach.
• Present the platform, demonstrate its benefits and assist new clients with account setup.
• Convert leads into active customers and achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and sales in the CRM.
• Monitor customer activity, encourage repeat orders and gather feedback for the Sales Manager.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions and field visits to expand business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 2 years) in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce, B2B sales or digital marketing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities.
