About the role
Victoria Court is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its Nairobi showroom. The role involves managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to after‑sales support – for furniture products, ensuring customers receive a seamless buying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Engage showroom visitors, recommend suitable furniture solutions, and prepare accurate quotations.
- Process orders, handle payments, and coordinate delivery logistics.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and ensure proper installation.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing any issues and fostering long‑term relationships.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in furniture retail sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
- Confidence working with high‑end clients and delivering customized solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and client relationship management.
