Sales Representative – Generators & Transformers

About the role

We are seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to drive the sales of our generator and transformer solutions. The role focuses on expanding our client base within the energy and utilities sector and requires proven experience in selling these products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Promote and sell the company’s power engineering products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on leads.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations where required.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 48 months of sales experience, preferably in electrical, power, solar, engineering or technical products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
