Sales Representative

About the role

SureLift Solutions Limited is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to expand the reach of its construction solutions across Kenya. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction sector.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
• Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Convert prospects into satisfied customers.
• Meet and work towards assigned sales targets.
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Gather customer feedback and market information.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Entry‑level or up to two years of sales experience (advantageous).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, persuasive and customer‑focused attitude.
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Good interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to undertake field sales activities where required.
