Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our fast‑scaling startup. You will be responsible for driving new business, primarily in the real‑estate and software solutions space, while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through digital platforms and outbound outreach.
• Present and sell SaaS solutions tailored to the Kenyan rental market.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a pipeline in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine the value proposition.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or software solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
