Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our fast‑scaling startup. You will focus on driving revenue by selling real‑estate and software solutions, leveraging digital platforms to reach landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the rental market.
• Promote and sell SaaS platforms to landlords and property managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer client queries.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or software solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Tech‑savvy with a good understanding of digital platforms.
• Experience using or selling SaaS platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of the Kenyan rental market and landlord‑tenant dynamics (preferred).
