Sales Representative – Real Estate & SaaS Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth for our fast‑scaling startup. The role focuses on acquiring new clients in the real‑estate and SaaS sectors, leveraging digital platforms to generate leads and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective landlords, tenants, and businesses interested in our software solutions.
• Present product features, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain a pipeline using CRM tools and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve the customer journey.
• Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or software solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital platforms and SaaS products (preferred).
• Understanding of the Kenyan rental market and landlord‑tenant dynamics (preferred).
