Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to own and oversee our financial planning processes, ensure accurate financial visibility, and support data‑driven decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and month‑end close reporting.
• Perform detailed month‑end reviews and variance analysis, providing clear narratives on performance drivers.
• Build and maintain driver‑based financial models for revenue, headcount, operating expenses and unit economics.
• Develop economic models for offers, promotions, pricing strategies and new initiatives to assess ROI.
• Create SaaS metrics reporting (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with department heads to build, challenge and refine budgets, hiring plans and investment cases.
• Support board‑level reporting, scenario planning and M&A analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, reporting processes and data infrastructure, leveraging AI tools where possible.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance or a related function.
• Strong finance foundation with experience in high‑growth environments, preferably SaaS or telecom.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail and bias toward action.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling (including add‑ins).
• NetSuite (required).
• Salesforce (preferred).
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• SQL or data manipulation skills (strong plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to finance workflows (desirable).
