Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

Gasfil Limited is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead field‑marketing initiatives and commercial execution across Kenya. The role involves frequent travel to support station launches, activations, customer acquisition campaigns and Autogas conversion projects, translating strategy into measurable, high‑visibility campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Design integrated campaigns for LPG, Autogas, fuel stations, vehicle conversions and related products.
• Lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives to grow sales and market share.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver events, roadshows, trade fairs, dealer gatherings and product activations.
• Manage event logistics, branding, budgets, supplier contracts and post‑event ROI analysis.
• Own field‑marketing activities, ensuring brand visibility at stations and in target markets.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Engineering and Sales teams to align marketing actions with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG‑style or energy sectors.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Kenya for field activities.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and report directly to the CEO.
