Senior Product Analyst

About the role

SIMPLE is a fast‑growing mobile nutrition app with over 15 million downloads. We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who loves digging into product metrics, uncovering insights, and driving growth through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own core metrics such as conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, and refund rate, ensuring definitions and calculations are trusted across the team.
• Design, execute, and interpret end‑to‑end A/B tests, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain an LTV model using early user signals.
• Analyze pricing experiments to balance conversion, price, and long‑term value.
• Evaluate the web onboarding funnel and identify high‑impact optimization opportunities.
• Discover non‑obvious growth levers to improve unit economics.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate analysis.

Required profile

• Proficient in SQL, comfortable with joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• Strong Python skills for analysis and light automation.
• Experience with ETL pipelines or orchestration tools such as Airflow or dbt.
• Familiarity with BI platforms (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI).
• Deep understanding of subscription unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin).
• Solid grasp of A/B testing design, sample sizing, and result interpretation.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
