Senior Product Manager, Caregiver Experience

About the role

Caribou is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of caregiver‑focused experiences for home‑care organisations. You will own the end‑to‑end product journey, from onboarding to post‑shift engagement, ensuring that caregivers feel valued and motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full product lifecycle for caregiver onboarding, profile management, shift discovery, booking and follow‑up.
• Design, test and iterate reward mechanisms such as points, draws, recognition streaks and engagement loops.
• Identify caregiver cohorts, create segment‑specific experiences, and personalize communications and incentives.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Customer Success, Marketing and other stakeholders to shape product strategy, launch features and measure impact.
• Continuously analyze usage data to refine product performance and drive retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, workforce technology or consumer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver products from concept to market.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for improving caregiver experiences.
