Senior Proposals Advisor – Integrated Well Services

About the role

The Senior Proposals Advisor will lead the creation and delivery of complex technical and commercial proposals for integrated well services and solutions. You will work closely with customers, internal engineering, legal, risk, and finance teams to ensure proposals meet client needs while delivering shareholder value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and submit tender documentation and proposals for medium to large‑scale sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms with customers and ensure compliance with contract commitments.
• Perform commercial risk assessments and drive competitive pricing strategies.
• Manage multi‑stakeholder sales processes across client and internal teams.
• Support business development planning and market vision for product lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a scientific discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals, commercial tendering, and sales within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive communication style.
• Fluent English and demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
