Senior Sales Officer – ICT Solutions (Ladies Encouraged)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Officer to lead revenue growth for ICT solutions in Nairobi. The role focuses on building relationships with decision‑makers, understanding business challenges, and positioning tailored technology offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new ICT and telecom clients.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver solution presentations and close deals.
• Develop long‑term relationships, upsell and cross‑sell ICT products.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and keep CRM records up to date.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT, telecom or B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, closing and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and client‑engagement ability.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and performance‑oriented.
