Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex enterprise sales cycles. This customer‑facing position blends sales, engineering, and customer success, helping prospects translate business challenges into scalable SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives to drive end‑to‑end technical sales cycles, from discovery to deal closure.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, understand customer architecture, and define success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and technical narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
• Run proof‑of‑value and proof‑of‑concept engagements, including integrations within customer environments.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with clear, accurate technical responses.
• Bridge sales, marketing, and product teams by sharing customer insights and feedback.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years in a customer‑facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales, or Technical Consulting.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of influencing and closing high‑value (six‑figure) deals.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable working fully remote using collaboration tools.
