ServiceNow SecOps & IRM Architecture Lead – Africa

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the technical architecture and pre‑delivery governance of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) engagements across Africa. The role ensures that all solutions are designed to ServiceNow reference standards, are commercially viable, and support KPMG’s Elite Partner status.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for major ServiceNow SecOps and IRM pursuits, ensuring technical compliance and delivery readiness before contracts are signed.
• Produce high‑quality architecture documents, implementation blueprints, and technical proposals for client engagements.
• Participate in pre‑sales technical workshops, demonstrating KPMG’s expertise at the architecture level.
• Review and approve ServiceNow scopes of work, guaranteeing correct pricing and alignment with best practices.
• Provide architectural oversight on active delivery engagements, attending design and sprint reviews.
• Act as technical escalation authority, resolving conflicts between client requirements and best‑practice design.
• Conduct architecture health checks at key milestones to identify scope creep, configuration drift, and technical debt.
• Collaborate to document and publish delivery accelerators, configuration standards, and reusable assets.

Required profile

• Senior Manager‑level experience in ServiceNow SecOps and IRM implementations.
• Proven ability to design compliant, scalable ServiceNow architectures and lead pre‑sales technical engagements.
• Strong governance experience, including architecture reviews, health checks, and escalation handling.
• Familiarity with KPMG’s ServiceNow Elite Partner methodology and standards.
