Shop Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Shop Supervisor to lead our retail outlet in Westlands. The role involves driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate shop attendants.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and business development.
• Build strategic partnerships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Oversee content creation, live selling sessions, photoshoots, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
• Manage stock, inventory accuracy, and daily shop operations.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve sales.
• Represent and uphold the brand and company values at all times.

Required profile

• Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in Sales, Business, Customer Service or a related field.
• Minimum 24 months of experience, preferably in retail, fashion or customer service.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, reliable and highly organized.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge; POS system knowledge is an advantage.
