Site Agent – Construction & Infrastructure Projects

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to lead on‑site operations for our infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kenya. Based in Nairobi, you will coordinate daily activities, manage labour forces and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, including labour management and subcontractor coordination.
- Interpret structural drawings and ensure strict QA/QC compliance with ministry standards.
- Enforce NCA building regulations, DOSHS safety rules and NEMA guidelines on all worksites.
- Maintain accurate site diaries and produce weekly progress and budget reports.
Required profile
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) or IEK.
- Valid NCA Construction Site Supervisor accreditation.
- 5–10 years of experience managing road works, infrastructure or commercial construction projects in Kenya.
