Social Media Growth Producer

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Social Media Growth Producer to scale its AI‑driven social content engine. The role sits at the intersection of content creation, growth strategy and AI‑powered production, turning social platforms into a systematic organic acquisition channel.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale Simple’s social ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, including brand, UGC, AI‑creator and experimental channels.
• Design and operate a structured content engine: trend discovery, concept development, production, publishing, performance analysis and hypothesis generation.
• Run dozens of content experiments each month, double‑down on winners and quickly discontinue under‑performing formats.
• Lead a lean cross‑functional production team (designer, motion designer, creator/host, nutrition expert and external contributors) and manage the end‑to‑end production pipeline and budget.
• Build AI‑assisted workflows for research, ideation, scripting, editing and iteration to increase output 5–10× while maintaining brand quality.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Science and Influencer Marketing to ensure messaging is accurate, scientifically grounded and reusable.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and scaling social media content systems that drive organic acquisition and revenue contribution.
• Track record of leading cross‑functional production teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with experimenting on sub‑brand accounts and iterating based on data‑driven hypotheses.
• Strong understanding of fitness, nutrition and wellness content trends.
