Studio Coordinator

About the role

As a Studio Coordinator you will be the operational backbone of our photography studio, ensuring each shoot runs smoothly from pre‑production to wrap‑up. You will manage the studio calendar, welcome clients, and maintain an environment where photographers and crews can focus on creative work without logistical interruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all studio bookings, schedule sessions, confirm details and manage calendar availability.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and production teams, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of photography equipment and lighting rigs, ensuring functionality before each session.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization and inventory of gear, flagging maintenance or supply needs.
• Manage day‑of‑shoot logistics, including timing, client requirements and resolution of operational conflicts.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as contracts, invoices, client onboarding and record keeping using Google Workspace or similar platforms.
• Monitor studio safety standards and ensure proper handling of equipment by staff and clients.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in studio or facilities coordination.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
