Supervisor – Property Executive (Tele Sales & Research)

About the role

The Supervisor leads the Property Executive (Tele Sales) team and oversees the Research function, ensuring a steady pipeline of high‑quality leads. The role is responsible for productivity, quality, coaching, performance management and continuous improvement within a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily tele‑sales operations, monitor attendance, punctuality and schedule adherence.
• Conduct huddles, one‑on‑one coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Drive achievement of activity, quality and conversion KPIs.
• Review calls, provide structured coaching and identify training needs.
• Coordinate training with HR, Quality Analysts and Operations, and deliver refresher sessions.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new Property Executives.
• Oversee Research Property Executives to ensure timely delivery of accurate, call‑ready leads.
• Maintain Salesforce as the book of record and collaborate with Real Estate Advisors to improve conversion.
• Drive continuous process improvement and compliance with SOPs.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, real estate or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of tele‑sales/contact‑centre experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity.
• Proven experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• WhatsApp Business (company devices).
• Exotel – Ameyo telephony platform.
• General telephony platform operation.
