Swedish-speaking Tour Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Swedish‑speaking Tour Consultant to join our team remotely. You will work with clients interested in South‑African and Southern African safaris, creating personalized itineraries and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, bookings, itineraries and payments via WhatsApp, email and phone.
• Design customized safari itineraries that match each client’s preferences.
• Prepare and manage client invoices, following up on payments.
• Collect post‑safari feedback, resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Update clients on itinerary changes before and during travel.
• Support sales goals by contributing to weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour consulting or hotel operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Proven track record selling South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and other Southern African destinations.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours when required.
