Systems & Infrastructure Officer

About the role

The Systems & Infrastructure Officer will manage and support the IT backbone that powers our manufacturing operations. You will ensure that servers, networks, and production‑related technology run reliably and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, printers and other hardware.
• Monitor and optimise LAN/WAN performance, manage routers, switches, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks.
• Administer operating systems, business applications, ERP, SCADA, IoT and automation platforms.
• Implement security controls, apply patches, and respond to security incidents.
• Design and test backup, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity procedures.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to end‑users across production and office sites.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, server hardware and operating‑system administration.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize incidents and document configurations.
