Team Leader (Sales Executive)

About the role

Studio Twenty Two Agencies (ABELA) LIMITED is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead its sales team in Westlands, Nairobi. As Team Leader (Sales Executive) you will be responsible for driving the team’s performance, shaping sales strategies and ensuring that revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports for senior management.
• Handle customer concerns and support the team in resolving sales‑related issues.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably as a Sales Executive.
• Prior experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Age 35 years or older.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
