Training Specialist

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Training Specialist to help design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that support its mission‑driven operations. This full‑time, fixed‑term position (9 months) will work closely with senior staff to ensure training programs meet performance gaps and maintain high delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with training needs analysis and data capture to identify performance gaps.
• Create and customize learning materials under senior guidance.
• Deliver routine learning sessions following established lesson plans.
• Prepare learning environments and support a range of learning activities.
• Administer and evaluate training programs, gathering participant feedback.
• Maintain training records and update the catalogue of learning resources.
• Prepare routine reports on training activities for senior review.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand audience needs and draft clear content.
• Apply guidelines to moderate content and escalate issues when necessary.
• Conduct routine assessments of knowledge, skill, competency, or behavior using specified methods.
