Tutorial Fellow – Health Systems Management

About the role

The Tutorial Fellow will join the Department of Business and Economics at Zetech University, supporting the delivery of Health Systems Management programmes. Reporting to the Head of Department, the Fellow will contribute to teaching, assessment, research and student mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Teach allocated course units and deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars.
• Design, moderate, invigilate and mark examinations and other assessments.
• Develop learning materials, study manuals and schemes of work.
• Monitor student progress, attendance and achievement, providing timely feedback.
• Conduct research, write grant proposals and seek research funding aligned with university objectives.
• Participate in consultancies and disseminate research outputs.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students and junior staff.
• Carry out administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Master of Science in Health Systems Management or a related field from a recognised university.
• Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management or a related field.
• At least three years of post‑qualification work experience.
• Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
• Commitment to high‑quality teaching and a positive learning environment.
