Urgent Messenger (Motorcycle Rider) – Westlands, Nairobi

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Messenger (Motorcycle Rider) to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves timely collection and delivery of documents, parcels and other items while upholding professionalism and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents, parcels and other items to clients and offices.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and completed within required timelines.
• Obtain delivery acknowledgements and maintain precise delivery records.
• Plan efficient routes to minimise delays.
• Perform routine checks and keep the assigned motorcycle clean and in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents or delays promptly.
• Follow traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist with other office errands as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a motorcycle rider or messenger.
• Valid Class A Motorcycle Riding Licence.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads, especially Westlands and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, punctual and well‑organized.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• KCSE certificate or equivalent (advantageous).
