About the role
Lead Standard Bank’s Corporate & Investment Banking Energy and Infrastructure Finance Debt Solutions capability, delivering end‑to‑end lending solutions for complex African clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design, structure and execute complex debt solutions for energy and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee portfolio exposure in partnership with specialist risk and product teams.
- Coordinate and coach cross‑functional teams to meet client and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with product, risk and corporate‑function partners to deliver coordinated debt financing.
Required profile
- Postgraduate degree in business, commerce, finance or a related field.
- Eight to ten years of experience leading complex debt solutions and deal execution.
- Proven experience in debt structuring, portfolio risk management, regulatory environments and team leadership.
