Virtual Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Sales Representative to manage online customer interactions, handle lead calls, conduct follow‑ups and drive conversions for Victoria Courts Trading Limited. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering an exceptional digital sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound online leads, providing information and guiding customers through the sales process.
• Conduct proactive follow‑ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Provide an exceptional online customer experience through clear communication and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
• Use social media platforms to engage potential customers, build relationships, and drive sales.
• Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales pitch, negotiation abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Experience using social media for sales and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and deliver outstanding service.
